Vienna is fine and you can use it to improve.
You cannot play Dutch with White. But you may try the Bird 1.f4. An extra advantage is that many people mistakenly think it is bad.

Thanks, I was just saying I use the Dutch in general for a bit of context.

At our level of play, your only important task in the opening is to reach a middle-game position in which you feel comfortable and confident. Everything else is just personal taste. Or even fashion.
Chess players are as fashion-conscious as teenage girls.
Does anybody have any recommendations for openings to play for white. I generally play Vienna, KIA and Dutch (I'm 800 rating on my main account)
