3. Englund gambit (as black)
4. French nc3 (as black)

I pretty much always play 4 knights.
I used to be absolutely terrible then I took lessons and the first thing my coach said to do was use my knights more...and it stuck.
I like the Queen's gambit declined too. Increasingly declining it lately.
1. French Defense
2. Sokolsky's Opening

1 Ruy Lopez
2 Najdorf Sicilian
3 Sveshnikov Sicilian
4 Nimzo-Indian Defense
5 French Tarrasch for white
1. Englund gambit blackburn-hartlaub variation - no more stonewall straightjackets against 1.d4 ever again! PUNISHING 1.d4 hard with that tactical swiss army knife and driving haters to the loony bin over it
2. Alapin diemer french - I'm down 3% in it, but have NEVER been that close to = against it, and i was down 4% very recently. I think I can actually get WINNING stats with it if i do my homework
3. Kings gambit - trusty old gambit, but I bet I'll like double danish/2x goering even better
4. Smith morra - had CRUSHING stats with it a decade ago and was losing with it when i started playing again, but am winning with it now. If I learned the theory again, I might do a bit of crushing again when it felt like the most comfy shoes ever with every piece perfectly placed to tactically punish any weakness
5. Mieses carokann - another opening that always annoyed me, but am DESTROYING caros with it doing what comes natural to a king's gambiteer... attack f7 asap... DONE. I stumbled onto it by ACCIDENT and stuck with it when i saw maroczy fantasy was losing, but mieses massacres. The only theory I had to learn is to play Nc3 if black TRIES to decline with NF6. Otherwise, it's pure instinct
1. As black Dutch Stonewall. 2. As black Dutch Leningrad. 3. As black Dutch classical variations. 4. As white Kings Indian attack. 5. Perc as black. Not a fan of playing white at the moment.

bird's opening with reversed dutch positions exists
It does, but I dont like 1.f4 e4. KIA is close enough with the pawn break. For me the Dutch works best as a counter blow to 1.d4 and is flexable enough to meet any d4 opening. Plus right now I play against d4 in 40% of my games as black. Dont want to play f4 as 100% white. Same reason I dont play KID as black. I play the Sicilian for the asymetrical positions, but not my favourite opening. Just preferred to all other e4 responses. Guess I am picky.
So you are a van geet enjoyer. Now name how do you play if they don't occupy the center
