queen-bishop mate

1: e4 e5 2: Bc4!? Nf6, and white got nothing
1: e4 e5 2: Qh5?! Nc6! 3: Bc4 g6! 4: Qf3 Nf6 gives black an edge because of better development.
1: e4 e5 2: Qf3?! Nf6!, with a nice position for black.
And as a general rule, move out your Kings knight and bishop fast, so you can answer any threat on f7 (or f2) with kingside castle.
I have been checked mate many times by the queen-bishop opening. What is the best defense?
