Reverse Spanish Opening?

Hello!

I'm curious about a certain opening I've seen played a couple of times, but I'm not too sure what it's called. Does anyone have any ideas? It looks like a reverse Spanish Opening to me. But doing it with D4 and the dark squared Bishop. Any one have any idea what the opening is called?

black plays the berlin and the spanish is toothless.
