Scandinavian with Qf3 and Bc4

Hello there.  I'm having trouble with several variations of the Scandinavian in which White plays an early Qf3 and Bc4.  It's not in the otherwise good book I have on the opening.  Here's an example: 1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 3. Nc3 Qa54. Bc4 Nf6 5. Qf3.  I usually play 5...c6 here, or earlier, and lose to tactics against my c7 and b7 squares.  I see this variation a good bit at my level (1850 OTB, less than that here) but have no idea at all what to do about it.  Anyone care to offer advice?  Thanks.

i don't see the problem with c6, how can u have troubles on c7 and b7?

When u face unorthodox openings, just develop your pieces.

Why not Nc6, trying to harass white queen with Ne5 or Nd4?

Qf3 doesnt make any sense since there is no pressure on f7 and b7...

So u just have to develop and attack white queen at some point, improving your pieces.

One example where white's play is rather weak, but it is what u can expect from someone playing this stuff :
