I've actually been playing the reversed scandinavian some lately. The accelerated scotch here I feel trades down too early... but this is not bad. You can also reach it from the Englund too although it isn't the strongest option there..
Black's Scandi is around -0.3 by leela's estimate but for white this is around +0.1. Just that 1 tempo makes a big difference in the position.
