can anybody suggest what is best counter attack against this opening

Usually, the best counter-attack against anything is the main line. Try looking it up.

on move four for black you have a few choices. Bc5, and Nf6 are most popular. Qh4 is a very aggressive line and requires best play by both sides. Most of the lines are reasonable, you just have to learn them well.
