Sicilian Taimanov Mainlines Ranking

The current mainline against the Taimanov is 7.Qf3 it seems what is the second place and where is 6.g3 in that ranking

My take:

1) Qf3 lines

2) English attack lines

3) Be2 lines take a distant 3rd

4) Fianchetto lines are prob after that

5) Nb5 lines

If you are comfortable with the fianchetto lines though, you have a practical advantage.  I play the taimanov from time to time and I would be out of book against you pretty early on.

Qf3 is fashionable right now but objectively I think the English Attack, Qf3 lines, Be2 O-O lines, Fianchetto lines, and 5. Nb5 Hedgehog Lines are approximately equal, just different. Black is fine everywhere with good play. Perhaps a touch behind are the 6. Qd3 !? lines
