Silly trap in the mainline of the Scandinavian Defense

I found this trap and it worked twice in the last couple days so I thought I would go ahead and share it.  happy.png  I think this is a common idea that applies in other openings as well so probably good to keep in mind  I'm curious if others have used this trap or ones similar to it?

I posted a quick video of it on my youtube if you would like to check it out.

Thanks!  -Stacia

Good. happy.png It's not particular to Scandinavian. It can appear in any game with long castling and 2 bishops pointing in that direction. wink.png

I have won several blitz games recently with 1.e4 d5 2.exd5 Qxd5 3.Nc3 Qa5 4.b4 c6 5.bxa5 1-0.

Yes foolish pre-moves. I have won similar in the Caro after 1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.e5 Bf5 4.g4 e6 5.gxf5 1-0. I enjoy playing both lines even if black doesn't blunder a piece. Still, these are 5 minute games so I'm not sure the pre-moving is even necessary at the start of the game at least.
