The player, not the opening, determines the style of play. That said, I enjoy dynamic play as well, and use the following repetoire for white:
1. e4 c5 - Sicilian. Against it, I personally play the Bb5 anti-sicilians. If you're looking for dynamic play, any open Sicilian variation should do.
1. e4 e5 - Italian. Frankly, this is the part of the repetoire that I'm currently trying to work on, but there are plenty of dynamic options for white. The King's Gambit is actually a solid and dynamic choice that I used for quite awhile.
1. e4 e6 - Winawer. Any opening that has a "poisoned pawn" variation is pretty much guaranteed to have dynamic potential, even if the pawn isn't taken.
1. e4 c6 - Advanced Varation Caro-Kann. I play the French as black, so this seemed to give me games in my comfort zone. I'm no expert on the CK, though, so perhaps other players might be able to suggest a more dynamic opening variation against it. Note that the CK is known for being a drawing weapon, though.
By the way, you can get plenty of dynamism from 1. d4 and 1. c4 as well. I don't often play either of those as white, so I wouldn't know what to suggest.
My playing style: Dynamic players are usually pretty well rounded, but lean more towards the aggressive/tactical side. They often play enterprising openings and try to simply outplay you. They aren't scared to mix things up and are usually fighting constantly. Dynamic players are well rounded enough to not feel too uncomfortable if the position should be strategical or dry. Sometimes they may play the same openings game after game, however they are different than technical players because their opening choices are a lot more double-edged.

Does anyone know any surprising white openings suitable for these type of players? Or any white opening that is considered dynamic. What I mean by surprising is the 1st move like 1.b3 or 1.g3 etc. Thanx :)
