the annoying Tromp

Can anyone point me to a relatively simple guide for Black to deal with the Trompowsky? I would like to learn the Gruenfeld or perhaps the King's Indian but it appears I need to know a little bit about 2 Bg5.

If you don't mind losing tempo too much 2....ne4 is the most common

1.d4 Nf6

2.Bg5 Ne4

3.Bf4 g5

Is a possible line 

I have played several lines against the Tromp, and even though I am a Grunfeld player myself, I still go for 2...e6 when faced with it. This is the system I feel the most comfortable in, getting the two bishops without ruining my pawn structure.

You might want to see one of my forums posted in Game Showcase entintled " Wild attack!!" for an interesting but dubious piece sacrifice.

I wouldn't like to play that in 2x2 hour games :)
