Hi chess.com, my name is Mael Ethan and today i will show you an opening that i have created called : Eagle Gambit !!
There are 5 reason why you should play the Eagle Gambit :
1- It's aggressive!
2- It's overpowered
3-It's fun to play
4- It's solid
5-It's dangerous
In this gambit we only need two bishops that's why it's called ''Eagle Gambit''
The gambit start with: e4, a5, d4 then e5
To play the Gambit you must have this setup :
But there is actually 3 main positions we have the : Eagle Gambit: Advanced, Refused and Accepted, let see :
let's start with the Advanced variation with common moves after bishop c5 : Nf3, Be3, Nc3, c3 and c4
We play first d6 before playing Ba7, and whatever your opponent is playing just play the setup but be careful with the moves before playing your setup, remember that !
in this position you should play d6 before putting ur bishop in a7
