@ uhohspaghettio don't look at Yeroslov's games. I did that and now I refuse to treat him with even a modicum of respect. It is bad for the forum to engage in ad hominum attacks, but looking at Yeroslov's games would give you little choice.

Nah, "Gambit" is more like it. This is the "King's Counter-Gambit". Black Gambits the King!
Just like how after 1.e4 e5 2.f4??, it's White that's gambitting his King!

BCO-2 doesn't have 1.e4 f5 at all ... I wonder why.
The opening has been refuted since the second page. You've just been denying it Shutter Island style ever since.
And nobody likes Yereslov (a.k.a. Trollie Trollerstein) too. But apparently he likes being the focus of so much attention.
