I dont think this can be played as a system:
But as long as you are fine with transposing into the philidors defence in some variations (3.Nc3 Nf6 etc) it looks fine.

It can’t be a system it is impossible. Well maybe yeah, but there are just so many better moves than put your bishop on that blocked diagonal and being so passive that many players can’t handle their passive positions.

Possible. I can handle those “passive’ positions that are full of play actually. 4. Bc4 is the best move.

F4 is the best move but Ngf6 is playable
Yeah I mean the Lion Defense is perfectly sound. Is it great? No. But does it lose by force? Also no. So it's fine, and it's very likely to throw a d4 player off their game if they play normal d4 system moves or blindly follow theory, but any e4 + d4 player will likely beat you to a pulp.

I’ve tried it and I’ve never lost except against GMs

If you play Ngf6 then it is not a system. You are transposing into the philidor or the pirc defence.
Hey all King’s Indian Players or beginners who are annoyed with being Black! Here is a simple system that works against virtually anything:
I myself tried this against several strong 1800 players (chess.com) and also in a USCF game, it worked very well and I scored several wins and several draws. Recommend you try this in a blitz or a bullet game, then rapid.
