@IM pfren you know your stuff. 13. ... Ne7 is a nice move. There is no kingside attack for white anymore. f4 shows a common bad habit amongst London System players. They lack understanding when to play it. Typical thought process of a LS-Player: Ne5, f4, g4, Qf3, mate. A few simple moves and this attack will peter out.

The games from Levon Aronian are a good source for how to play against the London System.

The setup with ...Bd6 and ...Nc6-e7 is quite common for Black in another opening with similar ideas for white, namely the Colle- Zukertort. A general rule for white is that he'd rather NOT hurry putting a knight at e5, since it fails to create problems to Black.

After 14...Ne4 black solves his problems and draws the position with more attacking chances for black. All in all this is playable but with Bh2 I would always aim to keep the diagonal open instead of putting it behind its own wall.
