How can I run the london system well? I've been using it for awhile now but it seems my games have gotten better then worse! Help?

 

An example of the london system is played by white.

Don't forget to play h3 so you can tuck away the bishop on h2.

Instead of White's 8th move 8. Qe2, why not 8. Ne5.?

 And also, I should be worried of having my dark squared bishop exchanged by a knight as long as it is on the right square. I allow my dark squared bishop captured on g3 in order for me to open the h file.
