Does anyone know a book a YouTube channel or any other way i can start learning the basics of the Sicilian defense for free before i move on to something paid? i tried watching GothamChess' video learn the Sicilian defense in 10 mins but it made me even more confused.

You get what you paid for. Free stuff is free for a reason. It is trash!
You are best off forking over $20 to $30 and getting one of the many beginner level books on the Sicilian.
And nobody learns anything in 10 minutes. I didn't become an expert in the French Defense from 10 minutes of study. More like 27 years!
