2.c4 is the way to go.
All the rest are sidelines, for a good reason.
OP has a case for 2.Nc3 because he's a tournament player, and such esoteric lines prove to be a good tool in his case, provided extensive homemade preparation.
It doesn't change the fact that every little "system" is a sideline.
Ignore all these garbage openings. Play f3 kf2 . You are going to see your wins decreasing dramatically.
