What.
Traxler Counterattack

Yes, you can employ the Traxler...
...and if the opponent replies 5.Bxf7+ or 5.d4, speculate you have compensation...
But honestly, more than half of the moves you have posted blunder something.

This opening can be good for pressue and at lower levels but it will not work at higher levels - due to the simple rule - if you play at high level all your opponents can see what you have played and prep vs you.
Saying that I remember at some point in time my chess coach used to suggest this opening to a few 1600-1700. He is currently 2300 fide.

Even Fisher, THE GENIUS OF CHESS, resigned after attacked by this opening!!
Fisher lost three more games in the same simul.
In that game (the opponents were TWO, consulting) he simply blundered an exchange instead of playing something simple like 13.f3 with advantage.

Agree with pfren on both comments. The OP has errors and the simul game doesn't really prove anything (sorry). I used to love playing the Traxler but after 6.Kf1 Black doesn't have much and the position is a mess. Playing the Polerio leads to a much more fighting game, at least from what I have found in my humble amateur experience!
I remember when I was 10, I beat the opponent millions of times with the Fried Liver Attack. But, I stopped using the attack when an experienced player brilliantly stopped me!
I suggest you to do the same thing on an opponent who executes the Fried Liver on you. Good luck and have fun with the Traxler!
