Uhlmann’s response to d4/flank openings

Besides his well known adherence to the French vs e4, did he have a similar defense that he always used for d4 and/or flank openings?

He is fond of the King's Indian Defence. He also used to play a Grünfeld here and there, and he used various setups against the English with pretty much always g6 included, sometimes with d6 and e5 and other times with Bg4, c6 and d5. Later he just answered 1 c4 and 1 Nf3 with a KID setup.
