Urusov Gambit?

I'm afraid the truth is not what you want to know, the Urusov is considered "unsound" by a super-computer but at low levels it's viable

Quite playable. If Black reacts properly (the ...c6/d5 defensive plan) there are few excitements, actually the resulting position after white getting his pawn back is rather dull. Here is a typical game- after the accurate 15...Rhg8 the game is completely equal. But since Black has to play a few good moves, it's a legit try for an opening advantage.
#3 "considered unsound by a super-computer" is an expert's way to say "I have no idea".
As white, I would be more concerned about the 4...Bb4+! defense, where white has to be careful to avoid a worse position.

computers have weaknesses, and Schrantz know what they are.
If you play Evans' Gambit against comp, he will try to hold to the pawn - that's losing. - he doesn't have that pre-knowledge.
Schrantz also made a video about beating the Berlin - Ruy Lopez. - he sacs a piece, holding into a pawn on f6 really strong - the comp, not knowing Anything, takes the bait... humans won't fall for that. besides, comp doesn't Really sees 20+ moves ahead - he's skipping a Huge amount of them - this is where the weakness is.
you know what the Real power of the computer is? without skipping moves? - 5. 5 for each side, after thinking for a a couple of minutes or so.

The Schrantz video is a joke, and it's true that Black has several good ways to decline.

And yes, the Urusov is just plain boring if the gambit goes unaccepted. It just looks like, with minor differences, a badly played Scotch or Italian.
