Wayward queen attack sound?

Okay so some have told me the Wayward queen ain't sound but GM Hikaru Nakamura and NM Bernard Parham both assert that it is a sound opening so I decided to find a rated tournament game at the 2000+ level in which this opening is played. White has significantly less elo than black by the way.

White can get away with a lot of sub optimal moves without getting a real disadvantage. This is one of them. In my opinion black equalized pretty much straight out of the opening.

The rest of the game is not that intresting really. Black was totally winning on move 16 and blundered (a few times)

Database where I collected the game from does not indicate that it is blitz so I believe it is standard as databases generally don't indicate unless otherwise.
