It’s called “transposition”. This is when you turn your position into another opening when you used a DIFFERENT opening to get there. Here, you just transposed multiple times.

Sometimes multiple tranpositions can occur.

1.e4 d5 - Scandinavian (B01)

2.exd5 Nf6 3.c4 c6 4.d4 cxd5 - Caro-Kann, Panov-Botvinnik Attack (B14)

5.Nc3 e6 6.Nf3 Bb4 7.Bd3 dxc4 8.Bxc4 O-O 9.O-O b6 - Nimzo-Indian, Karpov Variation (E54)

So notice, even after 1.e4, we wind up in a queen pawn opening!
