Depends on what you call "an opening" (QGD is an opening but Queen's Gambit isn't? Najdorf is an opening but Sicilian isn't?) and what you call "famous" (No King's Gambit? No Evans Gambit? Guioco Piano? Gruenfeld?)
What are the most famous chess openings?
The May 2019 issue of Chess lists the top twenty openings compiled from a list of 2921 March games where both players were rated over 2400 Elo. One can not take position on this list too seriously because it is greatly influenced by how the openings are grouped. For example, all the Retis are grouped together, while English is separated into 1...c5, 1...e5, etc. Nevertheless, for what it is worth, some of the list entries are: 192 Retis, 131 King's Indians, 127 Caro-Kanns, 117 declined Queen's Gambits, 100 Najdorf Sicilians, 92 Berlin Ruy Lopezes, 88 Nimzo-Indians, 87 Slavs, 78 1...c5 Englishes, 65 Catalans, 60 Queen's Indians, 55 1...Nf6 Englishes, 54 1...e5 Englishes, 52 1...e6 Englishes, 51 Classical Gruenfelds, 49 3 Nxe5 Petroffs, and 46 Tarrasch Frenches.
What I can currently come up with my head is Najdorf, King's Indian Defense, King's Indian attack, Slav defense, qgd, nimzo-indian, london system, berlin defense, Sicilian dragon, Fried liver attack.
