Sicilian is better than French. see it yourself. Do you agree, spectator? I know you agree :) LOL. we both are Sicilian players ! ^^

French is more solid defense...and has many complicated positions ...it gives black chances to counter attack ...it also fights for the centre ....i also saw that the engine stockfish and Komodo prefere to play french

As white: fried liver attack and queens gambit. As black Sicilian any variation just depends on mood, Nimzo Indian or Budapest gambit

White: Réti Opening mostly.

Black: I'm still looking for the right opening for me (still new to this). I was enjoying the KID but I found I was making too many blunders in the middle game, so I need to find something new to open with. I have started studying the Sicilian but there's too many variations that I'm a bit bewildered by it all 😁

switched from 1.d4 (London/Queen gambit and 2.Nf3/e3) to 1.e4 but still not clear what to do vs some replies. (testing reti and bird too) And as black from 1.e4 ..d5/c6 to 1..e5 while testing french and sicilian but did not like it. lot of theory have to study now with 1..e5 but it gives you equality with a lot of schances for a win.

Against 1.d4 testing dutch now, maybe stonewall maybe not. There are interesting lines in queen gambit accepted / Chigorin have to try.

Opening is the most part of my game that need improvement, due to lack of sound opening basically from bullet/blitz a lot of gambits i played. i am often worse out of opening, but managed so far.

I told him: KIA, Sicilian, KID, and some sort of weird Pirc / Rat / Modern thing.
