It's a collection of lines, like what can be found in the published ECO books. Based on your screenshots it's the opening books based on whatever database you ran it against and has the top 8 opening played in the database with 11 variations.

It reads left to right and when you get to a column with more than one set of lines, that's a branch/variation.
