He is right queen's gambit is the most sound
What is the worst gambit?

It is one of the sound openings. An opening is either sound or not. If not, the other side has a forced win.

If we count everything chess.com labels as a gambit, the irish gambit has to be #1, though calling it a gambit instead of a blunder is very brave
Although why does Chess.com count it as a gambit if all it does is give Magnus an opening to play against other Grandmasters?

I found out that the worst pawn gambit is the dudweiler gambit, f4 d5 g4
Its better than 1. f4 e5 2. g4 though.

Jacobson Gambit? 1 a4 2 Ra3? Why is it banned if it leads to interesting games? Did Brandon Jacobson really get banned? Why?

Ah, this is a new one!
What users suspect to be his alt account was banned for violation of our fair play policy after playing this horrible gambit and winning more than 60 percent of games against Danya.
I do not have any more information, nor do I know if that streak is related.

the best gambit is the icbm gambit (intercontinental ballistic missile gambit )
the queen is the missile

I personally tend to feel that the Orchard Gambit is the worst of all. Why? Because I have a distinct fondness for the King's Gambit. As a result, to my mind the Orchard is a crass waste of a potentially-engaging position. The characteristic move is 3. b3 after which Black has a pleasant choice between playing for a speculative attack on the King with 3..., d5 or simply keeping a nice advantage whilst avoiding any sudden rushes of blood to the head with 3..., Nc6. Either way, White is largely up a gum tree without a paddle.

I analyzed this opening a little bit. White has to play super precise just to not loose in the first 10 moves. Even after that, it’s never pleasant. Might be a good odds game, playing against a friend lower rated.
It's a king's gambit, that comes after f4 e5, g4 Qh5#. You sacrifice your king for saving your time. Imagine how much your could do instead of that time, that you wasted on a single chess game, that you losed. Ao if you do so, nothing would change, but you could save your time. I recommend this gambit for everyone 👍
