English Opening as white and Sicilian as black. I can never get bored with the two.
I actually play it too much that I forgot how 1.e4, e5 and 1.d4, d5 even goes now.

Nice
Danish gambit. When played right you get two bishop diagonals or knight and bishop development for the price of two pawns
Yes it's a very powerful opening
I like 1.Nc3, the "Van Geet" or "Dunst" opening. I use this to try to avoid the mainstream openings. Even when it transposes into a mainstream opening, I usually get a decent sub variation that has little theory. And I play 1...Nc6 as black for same reasons.

Cool
I like the London system a lot, it's good for beginners and it's pretty simple once you learn most of the theory
The Dutch defense (1…f5) is fun to play against 1.d4 and 1.c4. Especially if you like sharp asymmetrical positions.

ahh! a man of taste!
1.b4 is my spirit opening.

Personally I feel like Nc3 is too dry for my tastes because black doesn't really play the sharp lines i like.
Nc6, however, I'm currently in the process of switching to it after maining alekhine for a long time.

So nc3 isn't love or life

im pretty convinced the nimzowitsch defense would be as high as the 5th most played defense if it wasnt for 2.nf3. Most replies range from meh to just plain bad, besides 2...e5 which is so not the nimzowitsch style or 2.d6 playing it like a pirc, which is quite decent but not everyone's cup of tea.
Mine is definitely the BONGCLOUD!!
