To be honest the first opening I (sort of) learned was the London System/Accelerated London because the name sounded cool 
"Stonewall" also sounds pretty powerful.

For white I like to go with a Réti Opening, followed by e3 and c4. Very fun when it works:
As for black, it's a very similar concept to the above, but it actually has a name, the East Indian Defense/Nimzo-Indian Defense.
