What to play against Rossolimo?

For reference I'm referring to 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5
For a long time now I have played the hyper accelerated dragon (1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 g6) quite exclusively. I'm looking to play the accelerated dragon through the move order 2..Nc6 to avoid 4.Qxd4, and to allow me to more freely test other sicilian options after 2..Nc6.
However, I can't find ANYTHING I like against the rossolimo, whats more is that there seems to be no repertoire books covering the black side. Suggestions please?
