What's a good Counter to Indian Game

Depends what the opponent plays.
Against the King's Indian, this is best:
There are a lot of great options against the King's Indian.
Against the Grünfeld, the Russian and the Exchange are best. Petrosian is worth looking at as well.
Against the Nimzo 4. e3 or 4. Qc2. Or avoid it with 3. Nf3, and enter a Queen's Indian.
Benoni you just push d4-d5 and enjoy your advantage.
Although I don't fight it much I do see it quite a bit and would like to know some good counters against it, I'm already aware of the Trompowsky Attack but that's just a trade, I would like to find ways to crush this opening.
