The generally recommended starting point is the Italian game (or Giuoco Piano) then to progress onto other open tactical e4 e5 games, such as the Ruy Lopez.

As far as the French Defence goes. It is sometimes said to be good for beginners because the themes are the same across different variations so you dont need to learn too much theory (as along as you play 3Nf6 rather than the Winawer should your opponent play 3 Nc3). However, sometimes the positions are more closed and the general recommended guide for beginners is to play open tactical openings. The other disadvantage at lower levels is that people will try to avoid it. This normally leads to the Exchange variation, which can be very symmetrical and as a result dull unless you know how to make it unsymmetrical.

I think u should play thiis opening

Why not 4.d4?  It's well known that winning the e-pawn usually equalizes for black but in this exceptional case 4...Nxe4?! 5.dxe5 is hard to defend for black as white gets a nice initiative and cramping influence gaining maybe even a clear advantage.

You should play at firstly ltalian opening and then evans gambit and had better to learn basic opening traps.

I'm a big fan of the modern opening from blacks side. I've found you can play it with small changes against any number of openings from white (with respectable success rates of course). Also many white players are unfamiliar with the what you as the black player are going for so you can often grab an advantage out of the opening :)

G'luck with whatever you choose :)
