It's a rare line in the English Opening, I doubt it has a special name to it.

You probably didn't see move Ng3+

Otherwise you didn't react to it

For me, when the b file or g file doesnt have your pawn or your bishop there, i move the rook over (i can always castle in the other direction)

I kinda think the chess.com names for opening variations are often fictional and definately not universally agreed on.

This line is not in my MCO
