i dont really have a favorite, but i find some are more effective than others, ive been tought that e7 is a average, and well used opening, but it is helpful

When I am playing white I play the e4 pawn. When playing black against e4, I play the caro-kann. When playing white, i believe the opening is dictated by black's response, though there can be transpositions.
The Polish(Sokolsky/Orang-utan)kicks ass!
Giuoco Piano (not Pianissimo) and Two Knights Defense.
i quite like queens gambit because if they except you just dominate the centre and normally end up winning if they decline its often a very close game. But i also like kings gambit

yes, i aggree with you. one time a was playing a WGM and she declined and the same thing happened to me, a very close game, but i lost.

for white i play the spanish game exchange variation, the scotch, and the english-as black, i play the sicilian dragon, caro-kann, the french defence, the scandinavian every now and then.
