White Opening with Both Knights?

Is there an opening or system in which White opens with both Knights: 1. Nf3, 2.Nc3 or vice versa? I saw someone try this at chess club tonight and then I used it and won. I like it because it controls the center with the pieces and then you can use your pawns to mobilize the pieces ala Nimzowitsch. If it's not an opening or system I think I would like to turn it into one.
