White "Attacks" :Responses to Black Defenses

Hello, everyone. My question may seem vague, but I'm looking into opening up my opening theory and understanding, and find myself sticking to "systems" as white rather than well known "attacks", or responses to Black's play.

I'm wondering if anyone could help me compile a list of sorts for attacks against black (Keres, English are a only a few I know), to help me better understand my options and save me the time of trying to sift through my opening manuals trying to find them myself (maybe I'm just lazy).

Any comments welcome, but I'm hoping to focus on time-honored attacks to well known black defenses.

Thank you!

Zapsterr

I believe everyone should stick to a system in the beginning until they see a flaw in the enemy. I believe no "list of sorts for attacks" can be listed because anything random can happen during a chess game, right? If there were a list of attacks, I believe we would all be a Karpov. Instead, chess is tactics and strategy. But, that's all I know from how much I've played.

Very true Zapsterr, but there are very few "systems" for white that don't necessarily rely on black's play to form (Colle, Torre, London, KIA). I'm looking not neccessarily for specific ways to attack as white but rather reactions for white when encountering popular black defenses. Often times these are termed "attacks", just as blacks reaction to white's first opening moves are considered "defense". I know the English Attack and Keres Attack are reactions to different forms of the Sicilian, and I know there are others as well. I'm looking mainly the expand my play style and knowledge a bit as white.
