Will the Najdorf "Die out" like the Dragon?

As many of you know, the Dragon is losing popularity due to the Yugoslav Attack. Nowadays, the only "real way" to play the Dragon is through the Accelrated move order. (Omitting 4. d6 in a attempt to play d5 in one move and force white to play the Bc4-b3 maneuver if they want to reach a Yugoslav) Alas, this can lead to the Marocazy bind, which most attacking dragon players will find unenjoyable, as they are stuck in a positional game, rather than in a race position that they are comfortable with. Due to this, many dragon players have abondoned it. But my question is, is it only a matter of time before a "perfect poison" is developed for the Najdorf and other siclian systems like the Sveshnikov?

Uh, no. Also, the dragon isn't anywhere near dying out, half the people at my club (1800+) play it.

...h5 by black put some respectability back into the Dragon. You must still be under the influence of Fischer's book.

The Sicialian Dragon isnt near to its death, it is still played by a large number of people across the world although it has becom less popular. The Sicialian Najdorf is one of the most popular ones and shouldnt depopularise in the near future...
