A bullet game I was messing around in.
Ok lets pretend I can help.
First know what attack fast, in bullet chess there is no thinking about your plans, you must know what should be targetted and why, you are playing with your current knowledge of chess and using it in the fastest chess time control.
Make a bullet opening. It is good to make a safe bullet opening that you can play over and over again (it does not have to be safe, but as long as you can play the opening with using less then 5-7 seconds in the first 10-20 moves then you should be good.
Here is a example of premoves or a opening you can try.

When your in the middle game, do not play on plans, play on things you know. Push the queenside pawns, push the kingside pawns. Play the things you should be played from your opening and things the positions calls for without thinking.
When you get to the endgame, do not look for a win, just push the pawns, pieces up as quick as possible, but remember doing quick safe moves for stuff like backranks, or diaginals is good if you see something needs defending quickly defend it.
