FIDE Chess in Vienna, Austria

I'm going to be traveling to Vienna, Austria in July of 2015. Does anyone know of some popular chess clubs in or near Vienna? I am extrememly interested in receiving a FIDE rating when I go, so I need to play in at least 5 games (which shouldn't be hard, considering I am staying there for an entire month) and draw at least one. I will probably never get the chance to go back so this is extremely important to me.

The questions I have are as follows:

1. Since I am a US citizen and a member of the US Chess Federation, can I still play in the FIDE tournaments there and receive a rating?
2. Are there any good chess clubs near or in Vienna? If so, how can I contact them? Where and when do they meet?

Hey walter3of5, Budapest is just too far away. I want to stay in or directly near Vienna. I don't want to put my cousins out too much, ya know?
