What kind of income and costs are there involved in a chess tournament, aside from the obvious? So far, I can see that Room Hire, Arbiter Cost, Prizes and Trophies are all expenditures, while prize money and sponsorship are the main income. Are there any more I should be aware of?
On a side note, what kind of price should I be expecting to pay for an Arbiter?
