Starting a Chess Club

I just started a chess club at my middle school (grades 6-8).  We have enough kids for 8 games at once.  I get beaten all the time, since I just can't concentrate with so much going on all around me.

I also just started a chess club at our school this year.  It is a private school and smaller so we expanded the grades.  I have K-8 with all the various levels that this represents.  We have six who attend every week and a couple more who are in and out.  The third grade is showing the most interest with three players currently attending.

It was suggested to me that we try doing tactics work.  We have started spending the first 15 minutes working on tactics puzzles together and then pair up and play for 45 minutes.
