Zero Ratable Games???

I'm getting an error on the USCF website after validating the event.  It claims there are no ratable games.  What might be the reasons for this?

I already deleted the event once and re-inserted the dbf reports.

Is it a normal event? Maybe the report your program created didn't populate the file correctly?

It was a double round robin.  I deleted the files from my folder, and then completely re-did the tournament in SwissSys, and that seemed to have resolved things.  I'm not sure what actually happened on the first go.

Cool. Initially did you report it as two separate sections? The upload doesn't support double round robins, unless something recently changed?

Yeah, I have no idea about this stuff.  This is probably the 5th set of rating reports I've sent in, and I've never done a double round robin before.  I tried contacting a TD at another club, because he submits them, I think, for the double round robin blitz events he holds.

You'd think that the software and interfaces would be far more streamlined, as in clicking a button in the software while connected to the internet, and then you'd have to make corrections on the USCF page from there.  With so many programmers playing chess, you'd think this wouldn't be such an archaic venture with hidden pitfalls.

I don't know. It's probably a money issue overall.

But, I know the tournament submit format doesn't support meeting the same opponent twice, unless it is coded as a match, so that is likely why it happened. SwissSys may already have that situation programmed in and creates a report that matches what they need.
