don’t play 4+ hours daily and have breaks. If you lose 3 games in a row have a break and don’t try to hard to get this rating back. Just chill, i believe in you.

Top recommended then play normal and after analyze with stockfish and then play best move next time if the opponent plays it. Essentially like making your own book moves.

Sure but it will get you banned. Have a friend who really knows how to play chess, uses your account, makes your moves and get you to 2000!!!!!

Get out a physical board, pieces, and study seriously rather than playing garbage blitz games on here. Max 4 blitz games a day.
Suggested books:
1000-1400 - Winning Chess Tactics and Winning Chess Strategies by Seiriwan.
1400-1600 - The Inner Game of Chess (Soltis), Forcing Chess Moves (Hertan), Silman's Complete Endgame Course (Silman)
1600-2000 - All 10 books of the series by Yusupov. The 4 orange books first, then the 3 blue, and last the 3 green.
The entire project should take you 3 to 5 years if you put serious time into it - roughly 15 hours a week.
