To get better , I'd suggest analyzing your games and finding out the phase or situations where you aren't perfect yet and practice them . Try puzzles of different sorts and reading books as they might give you insight on how to deal with certain positions , improve your vison , help you calculate better and improve your tactical play. You can find some books/e-books online . Hope it helps
