Is 700+ rating on blitz ok for players who just returned?

I am 14 years old, I have been playing chess since i was 10 something, didn’t know any tactics or positional stuffs, then i quit, after 3-4 years i finally returned playing chess because of the cheating scandal, started playing on the first week of January and after 1-2 weeks i have reached 700 rating on blitz, is it good?
Of course it is good, It's a good rating for your age.
