I'm currently playing a game where I'm 2 moves away from an easy checkmate. Instead of resigning or playing on, my opponent is just letting his clock run down from 25 minutes. Is there anyway I can report this?
I'm quite new to chess so don't know whether this is a typical thing to happen, and what the etiquette is regarding it.
