Mental Concern about Recent Opponent

I love playing chess and play about 3-4 games daily, and as a 1300 ELO with 10 minutes I joined a game today that was very unusual. When I made my first move he instantly played back, like within 2 seconds, and then after my next move he played quickly again, sort of like he was angry or just aggressive as player. This process continued and at one point I had only 5 minutes on my clock and he had 9 minutes and 40 seconds. But then he started blundering and blundering and blundering until I eventually made him resign. It just felt odd so I checked his profile and found that he had played literally 50 10 minute games today, and STILL COUNTING as I write this! He started at around 1500 when he played his first game today and now he is almost at 1200. His username is PekkaTiusanenShakki and I am really worried for this Finnish man. If he played 50+ 10 minute games we are looking at around 10 hours of straight gameplay, and his rating is skydiving!

In the absence of other evidence, I don't think you can read too much into someone playing all day.
