Interesting to point out, i actually right at this very moment look worst than the guy above in the picture ;-( Tip: At least get good at chess and smash those patzers - it works - life is a bit better i can assure you from personal experience. Right now i enjoy toying with l ow rated. Fun for me and a free lessons for them at same time :- )
Sometimes every one of us should start enjoying chess, rather than playing only for a win/rating/ego.

Thing is, chess.com does nothing to ban morons. I closed some accounts because the amount of idiotic chess players (sounds oxi-moronic, so to speak) is absolutely insane. Not to mention englishmen and french called me names just because I'm Romanian - I suppose they watch Adolf.TV or so - 20-times draw proposers in lost positions then insult me and disconnect, and so on. Now I see it comes to harassment and stalking.
Please, chess.com, run a grep or something when such a serious complain is registered. Or a database select for usual words (these morons are also very limited in their vocabulary). It's not that hard, you'll clean up the dumbsters, and we all get a clean place where to play chess. My 0.02.
You could probably sum up most of the responses to your thread here (as if I would know for sure, not having read most of them) via the following: People suck. They're prone to name calling over little to no provocation as a result. Get used to it.
As such, blocking comes quite in handy. It's available for good reason. Don't hesitate to do it.
that strategy works well in the street, some john doe comes along talking smack, you pick up a concrete block and drop it on him from the top of a bridge.

Sure they do. But that's maybe for reddit, forums etc. (and these things at least have downvoting, negative comments, moderation etc.). But this is a chess website, for gods' sake. All I ask is a mechanism to ban these assholios. Not blocking comments. Muting the TV is the last resort.

Your right, no one should have a bad experience here but both members & Staff like Kaynight's way with words. If she truly had a grip about being bothered by someone, she should inform staff and let them look into it. There was a Kaynight imposter running around a while back but I can't remember when His avatar was the black one instead of the white, and his flag was different. Remember Hess? Much worse than the cursing is the spelling.
