Why do Ivanchuk and time trouble go hand in hand?

In this game he had computer evaluation of +11.35 at move 30 and half a minute to play remaining 10 moves. Also his opponent had the same time remaining.

Maybe he can try some bullet chess to increase the last minute accuracy. Playing the whole game excellently, with patience and taking a decisive advantage and then loosing it all in a mumbo jumbo. Must be damn frustrating. Someone plz tell me where i can watch the tournament live?

Wouldn't 31.Nxg7 be winning for white? It looks to me to be much better than Bc7 that was played. But I am not a GM so I am probably overlooking something.
