The minimum is one. My friend was rated about 1300 and for some reason the server paired him with a 400 guy. After torturing the 400 rated guy like mad, my friend won 0 rating. Failed.

It's so funny!! Rating 0 !! Good job!! I respect this guy's 0 as much as Carlsen's 2880! Hahaha! His last login , however , was two years ago . So we won't enjoy any more masterpieces of chess genius....
